Our part is the quiz. Host, questions, scoring, sound and screen. The dinner, catering, travel and the rest of the offsite are yours to organise. Need somewhere to play? We'll recommend one, ideally one of our venues: it's cheaper and they're already set up for the quiz.
Price
One fixed price for the whole group.
One price for the whole group, by size: for 25 people that's €8 + VAT a head, or €6 at one of our venues. The extras are up to you.

- You confirm it by accepting the quote.
- Friday 11 and Saturday 12 December: plus a 30% deposit to confirm.
Our venues
Play at one of our venues and pay €50 less.
They're the bars where we run weekly quiz nights (in Spanish or English), plus OlHops in Valencia. They're already set up for the quiz, so there's no kit to move and we take €50 off any group of up to 75. We'll tell you which one fits your group and date; food and drink you sort directly with the bar.

How far ahead should we book?
For December, as early as you can: Fridays and Saturday 12th fill first. After the call we hold your date for up to 7 days, no commitment (72 hours on those dates). The rest of the year, two weeks is usually enough.
How much is it, and what's included?
From €150 + VAT per event (€181.50 incl. VAT). It goes by group size (€200, €250 or €300 + VAT up to 75 people; more than 75, we quote it) and it's €50 less at one of our venues. The host, the quiz, live scoring, sound and screen are included. Rounds about your company, prizes, trophies, live rounds and a photographer are extras we quote on the call.
We've booked a restaurant (or it's at the office). Do you come there?
Yes, that's the usual setup. We play before or after the meal and sort it out with the place. We bring our own sound and screen; if there's already a screen or projector and sound, we use theirs, which keeps it simple. All we need is a power socket and a little time to set up.
Do you organise the offsite or the dinner too?
No, our part is the quiz. The dinner, catering, travel and the rest of the offsite are yours to organise (or your event organiser's). No venue yet? We'll recommend one, ideally one of our venues: it's €50 cheaper because they're already set up for the quiz.
How long is it, and when?
About 90 minutes. At lunchtime, in the afternoon or in the evening, right before or after the meal: we fit it to your schedule.
How many people can play?
From 10 to 300+, in teams at each table. Nobody needs to know everything: there are picture, music and map rounds, and the host keeps it moving so nobody's left out.
English or Spanish?
Either, or bilingual for international teams. We have hosts in both languages.
Which cities do you cover?
Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Murcia and Santiago de Compostela. Somewhere else? Pick "Elsewhere" in the form and we'll look into it.
Do you invoice? How do we pay?
Yes, a VAT invoice made out to your company. You pay by bank transfer or by card (we send you a payment link), before the event and at the latest the day before. For Friday 11 and Saturday 12 December, 30% is paid when you confirm.
What if the date or the headcount changes?
You can change the headcount until 3 working days before, and the price follows the tier. One date change is free if you tell us at least 7 days ahead, subject to availability. Cancelling is free up to 7 days before; after that, the 11-12 December deposit isn't refunded, but you can use it for another date within 3 months.
