What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and to understand how the site and our ad campaigns perform.
- What you send us in a form: your name, email, and, depending on the form, phone, city, and details of the event or business you're enquiring about. Used solely to reply and organise your event or application.
- Usage and campaign data: pages viewed and forms submitted, so we can measure what works. Collected only with your Analytics consent.
- Technical data: IP address and browser/device info, processed when you submit a form (for security and, with consent, ad measurement).
- Advertising identifiers: a click id (e.g. from Meta) used to match ad campaigns to results. Used only with your Marketing consent.
Legal basis
We handle enquiry and application data to take steps at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to you. Analytics and marketing data are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies

Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our measurement, each acting under a data-processing agreement:
- Netlify: hosting and form delivery.
- Telegram: your enquiry is sent to our team as a message so we can reply.
- Segment: analytics that route measurement to the tools below.
- Meta & Google: ad measurement and targeting, only with your Marketing consent.
- Brevo: the live chat, and following up on your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and application data are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, using the button above for cookies, or by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Spanish residents may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
